1. PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS
These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between DKG INFORMATICS & TRADE LTD (“Company”) and any individual or entity (“User”) accessing and using the website www.belgeai.com (“Platform”). By using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

2. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the User’s access to and use of the Platform, including all AI-powered document generation services provided digitally. The Platform enables Users to generate tailored documents based on user input, through automated artificial intelligence technology.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS
Users represent and warrant that the information they provide on the Platform is accurate, current, and lawfully obtained.

If the User submits third-party personal data, they confirm they have the legal authority and consent to do so under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Users agree not to use the Platform in violation of applicable laws, public order, or morality.

Users shall not distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content obtained from the Platform without express permission.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, design, logos, text, graphics, and material on the Platform are the intellectual property of the Company or licensed appropriately.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Reverse engineering, source code extraction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. DATA PRIVACY
All personal data submitted by Users will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

By using the Platform, the User consents to their data being processed and shared with the Company’s partners, suppliers, and technical providers solely for the purpose of service delivery.

6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
The Platform provides personalised document generation services via automated AI systems. However:

The Company makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, legal enforceability, or relevance of generated documents.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to interruptions for maintenance or technical issues.

The Company disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

7. PAYMENT, DELIVERY, AND CANCELLATION
Digital documents are delivered immediately after successful payment and remain accessible via email for 7 days.

As per Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b), the right to cancel does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

By proceeding with payment, Users acknowledge and waive their right to cancel.

8. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are solely responsible for all activity occurring under their account credentials.

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access unless due to its negligence.

Users must immediately notify the Company of any suspicious account activity.

9. TERMINATION
Users may delete their account at any time.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban access in cases of breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Platform.

Termination shall not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also refer disputes to the UK’s alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies or the UK’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will become effective once published on the Platform.

By continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted, Users agree to the updated Terms.
