You are purchasing a digitally delivered, AI-generated document based on the data you provide. The product is unique and personalised to your inputs.

2. Delivery
Your personalised document is automatically generated and becomes available for download immediately upon payment confirmation.
You will also receive a secure download link via email, valid for 7 days.

3. No Right of Cancellation
As per Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you waive your right to cancel this purchase once delivery of digital content has started, with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right to cancel.

You provide this consent by ticking the appropriate checkbox at checkout.

4. Refund & Complaint Handling
Due to the personalised and instant nature of the service, no refunds are possible unless there is a technical error in document generation.

If a document is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective in its file format, please contact support within 3 business days of receipt. We will assess and, if appropriate, regenerate the file.
